
The Right to Pure Water Shall Not Be Infringed
We the People of America with inherent rights protected by the Constitution of the united States of America, and for all people residing elsewhere on planet earth, hereby proclaim their just rights to pure water, unadulterated by man, whether by design or force from men or women. It is a right of The People to be secure in their trust that water consumed in any form be as pure as driven snow, naturally filtered through the earth, sun and sky, or through methods that secures the natural inherent quality of water, before man said: "Let there be plastic bottles!"
We the People must be secure in our trust that those who monitor waterways, such as rivers, streams, lakes and springs, etc., are themselves free from any form of coercion by government, private or corporate entities, or other venues of control over people. Those who seek to hold and profit from the distribution of water through government, private, corporate and/or other political avenues, as if water were a commodity that one must purchase in order that one may survive, must cease.
Bottling water was an early step toward instilling fear; that water from a stream, lake, or faucet is unfit to drink. Succeeding tyranny to procure water sources and make them unavailable to The People has advanced through the confiscation of public lands now in government control. Government organizations that purport to protect and provide a “managed” wilderness experience, so long as you stay on the trail and do not go in the water, or drink from it, has worked wonders for profiteers.
We the People, hereby demand that water emanating from industrial corporations, government and military facilities, and other large scale human activities and businesses, such as massive and abusive animal farms and use of chemicals, hormones, etc, on animals and crops, shall be monitored by independent and accountable persons or businesses. And that such activities cease until released fluids from such facilities meets or exceeds standards that disallow man-made and/or toxic substances from entering into the water supply..
People must be secure when holding a cup under a faucet, or dipping it into a stream or lake, that such water is free from contamination of toxic and/or other known dangerous pollutants directed by controlling organizations. The forced introduction and thus human consumption of fluoride, pharmaceuticals, farm chemicals and hormones, and other unnecessary and possibly dangerous additives in so-called potable (drinking) water must cease.
Major water flows should be allowed to run and be filtered by natural means through the earth, sun and sky. This includes draining huge dams that have altered the planet in ways we may not fully understand, for the profit of a few. Rain, snow and other forms of precipitation must not be subjected to the coersive nature of persons that seek to alter the nature of weather by seeding clouds, adding toxic substances to jet fuels being spewed from aircraft over large areas of the earth, and the emissions from industrial corporations, which benefit from the laughable and outrageous "credit trades" allowed in order for a company to be considered "green".
And as such water is required to be pure and unadulterated by man or machine, so shall the food which will be cared for with such water. Such food shall be pure and unadulterated. Those who seek control over food, such as seed manufacturers, genetic engineers, food patents, pharmaceutical companies and government agencies, most of whom manipulate food sources and seeds, must cease and desist. This form of control over farmers in this country and especially 3rd world farmers are becoming slaves to corporations such as Monsanto, and "Terminator seeds". This is an abmoination to any farmer or backyard gardener. No man, woman or child shall be enslaved to such persons who, for their own greed and self interest, desire to control the world’s food supply thereby "terminating" millions of people who will not be able to afford such food (or their "phood"), water, or seeds.
We the People must begin in earnest to live more sustainable lives. Small but beautful homes can easily be built by hand with materials that provide the best insulation even in extreme heat or cold climates. Existing homes can be retrofitted to use less energy. Solar panels and wind generators shall be allowed on any home in any community. A swift switch from centralized overly controlled, expensive grids to one of individual independence and immediate community concerns shall prevail. Such homes will be secure from rolling blackouts and shortages of energy needed to run huge power plants and will not be affected by world wide energy crises or terrorist attacks on energy supplies.
We the People may rightly and justly retrieve water from the roofs of one’s home and other structures on one’s property, as well as businesses, to be channeled and stored for use in one’s home and/or land in a way that befits their best interest, as long as no physical harm befalls another person or their property from such activity. De facto or fiat laws that hinder the aquistion of water from one's own property are an abomination to the freedom we hold so dearly. The freedom to capture water that would otherwise flow away from one’s domicle or property is inherent to our basic property rights guaranteed through the courageous efforts of many vocal and active people, veterans, and especially protected by the 4th Amendment of our Constitution:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
We the People, and the enterprise known as Dream Lake Fondation, shall immediately begin securing inherent water and mineral rights on one’s own property as well as the right to anything that lies beneath the surface of such property. The concept that one’s property does not extend below a government designated (de facto law) line is contrary to our Constitution, property rights and the security of one’s person, house and effects. To protect the Right to build what we want as we see fit on our own property is a primal human need. To secure one's home, food and water for our children and other loved ones is inherent to man's nature.
